Employment Services and Personal Growth

I have been working in Employment Services for the past few months as a Facilitator of Learning and I am looking for inspiration on how to best integrate Educational Leadership Theories and support my client's professional and professional growth as technology transitions to automation and the expectations are that 50% of existing jobs will be replaced by automation*.

Over the next few months my hope is to research an learn career development theories to find ways to support our community to transition and grow alongside technology.
